Registration
This edition of the International CAE Conference and Exhibition is housed inside the Vicenza fairground, the Vicenza Convention Centre. The Centre is well equipped with car parking facilities a range of restaurants and bars, etc., ran directly by the organization Vicenza Fiere.
N.B. Applicable conference registrations will be able to redeem tickets for restaurant included with their registration.
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION TYPES
1. STANDARD FREE REGISTRATION
Includes: Free admission to Conference Sessions, Exhibition, Research Agorà and Poster Areas, with Conference Bag.
Tickets for restaurants are not included
2. PREMIUM REGISTRATION
Includes: Admission to all Training Courses, Conference Sessions, Exhibition, Research Agorà and Poster Areas, with Conference Bag.
Tickets for restaurants are also included with Premium Registrations
EARLY BIRD FEE until the 30th September 2017: 200 Euro VAT not included
REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE applies after 30th September 2017: 300 Euro VAT not included
3. VIP EVENT REGISTRATION BY INVITATION ONLY
Access to exclusive events organized for VIP eligible guests are available by invitation only.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION TYPES
1. SPEAKER REGISTRATION
The presenting author will receive an email with details on how to register.
Registration must be completed by the 10th September.
Speakers will be given complimentary access to conference sessions, Exhibition, Research Agorà and Poster Areas, with Conference Bag.
Tickets for restaurants are also included.
2. POSTER AWARD FINALIST REGISTRATION
Poster Award finalists will be announced after 15th October 2017.
The authors of the selected posters (the finalists) will subsequently receive an email with details on how to register.
3. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Exhibitors will receive an email with details on how to register your booth personnel.
4. RESEARCH AGORÀ REGISTRATION
Research Agorà Exhibitors will receive an email with details on how to register your project representatitve.

During the event, the multimedia team will be present throughout the event; All registrations for the event constitutes the right for the organizers to the use of the participants image including the publication and/or circulation in any form of media and channels such as, websites, email, social media, press and in any other distribution form, in relation to disseminating and promoting of the conference and exhibition, including future editions of the event.
